A secretary to the Head of School provides high-level administrative support, managing schedules & tasks, communications, and confidential information to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Head's office.
Minimum qualifications
Educational Background & Experience:
Associate's (D3) or bachelor's degree in business administration (preferred)
A minimum of 3 years of experience an administrative support role
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. TOEIC is preffered, with a minimum score of 390.

Administrative Proficiency:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) & management information system
Experience in handling correspondence, record-keeping & data management
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tact and diplomacy.
Confidentiality and Discretion: ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Accuracy in all tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
