Minimum qualifications
About the Role
- Create and develop online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Manage online and offline events and meet-ups, in town & out of town.
- Create and develop quality contents for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms.
- Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter.
- Support with the development and management of existing customers.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues from various departments.
- Share customer feedback with the relevant teams and School Board.
The Must-Haves
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Experience in the education industry (formal or non-formal) is preferred.
- Experience in launching marketing initiatives (e.g. creating an online & offline event series, campaigns, and writing an email newsletter).
- High orientation to details and analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends.
- Good knowledge of the full marketing mix including strategy development and planning, campaign development, measurement and tracking, optimization.
- Proficient in information and communication technology skills, e.g. Google & Microsoft suites.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, etc.
- Good understanding of financial metrics, able to set budgets, assess P&L performance, evaluate ROI.
- Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Be able to multitask and work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the community.
